Haru Apps ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TextLauncher mobile application (the "App"). This page describes our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of data when you use our App.

1Information We Collect

All template text and category data you create in the App are stored locally on your device only and are never transmitted to our servers.

2How Your Template Data Is Used

Templates and categories you register are stored in your device's local storage (SwiftData). We do not access, read, or transmit this data.

When you share a template to a third-party app (such as LINE, X, or Maps), the text is passed directly to that app on your device via iOS URL schemes. This process does not route through our servers.

3Advertising

The free version of our App uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob). AdMob may use device identifiers and cookies to serve ads tailored to your interests.

This may include information about your use of this App and other services, but does not include your name, address, email address, or phone number.

On iOS 14.5 and later, we will request your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you do not grant permission, you may see non-personalized ads.

Users who purchase the PRO Upgrade will not see any advertisements.

4Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party applications (LINE, X, Maps, etc.) via URL schemes solely to deliver your template text. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.

5Data Security

Since all user data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on your device's security settings. We do not transmit or store your data on external servers.

6Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children.

7Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. Changes are effective when posted.
