Haru Apps ("we," "us," or "our") operates the 3D Text Lab mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from you through the App. However, the App requires access to your photo library if you grant permission to use a photo as a background or texture. This access is solely for the purpose of selecting an image. We do not store or transmit your photos or any associated metadata to our servers.

Our App uses a third-party advertising service (Google AdMob). AdMob may use cookies and other identifiers to display ads tailored to your interests. This may include information about your visits to this and other apps/websites, but does not include your name, address, email address, or phone number.
You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Ads Settings in your device. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting www.aboutads.info.
On iOS 14.5 and later, we will request your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. If you do not grant permission, you may see non-personalized ads.
We use Firebase (Google Inc.) to understand how our services are being used. Firebase uses cookies and anonymous identifiers to collect traffic data. This data is collected anonymously and is not used to personally identify you.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
