1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KOKORO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2. Use of Content

The Service contains Japanese wisdom, translations, and artistic designs.

Personal Use Only: You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use the content for your own mindfulness and inspiration.
Copyright: The "KOKORO" brand, custom fonts, and curated content are protected by copyright law. You may not sell, redistribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Social Sharing: You are encouraged to share "Images" generated within the app on social media platforms for personal use, provided that our branding remains visible.

3. Subscriptions & Payments (KOKORO PRO)

Access to premium features (textures, fonts, deep context, etc.) requires a one-time purchase or a subscription.

Billing: All payments are processed through the Apple App Store.
Cancellations: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is," without any warranties. KOKORO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or special damages resulting from your use of the Service.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
